Depending on my mood or who I am cooking for determines the level of heat! The hotter the better for me, but sometimes the kids or the girls don't always think the same way! :) Well, there will always be plenty of delicious food for me! Rub out a pork butt, shoulder or shank, puree a hundred pounds of sweet onions and fresh garlic, slather that bad boy up and down like you care and roast to perfection nice and slow around 325 degrees F. It is is pure mana. The celestials will come down from on High to feast right beside you!
